The Globe and Mail opens nominations for 2nd annual Canada’s Top Growing Companies program

The Globe and Mail today formally opened nominations for the 2020 Report on Business ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies, an annual list of the country’s best and brightest growth businesses based on
three-year revenue growth. This is the program’s second year.
“The debut year uncovered stories of Canadian entrepreneurship that were eagerly read by our Globe and Mail audience—it was a huge success,” says James Cowan, Editor, Report on Business magazine. “With the average 2019 Top Growing Companies growing revenue by 511 per cent in the previous three years, these are the companies that are creating jobs and opportunities for Canadians and our economy.”
Winning companies will receive valuable editorial coverage from Canada’s most reputable business source when announced in the October issue of Report on Business magazine and online at ReportonBusiness.com. Winners can also use of the Canada’s Top Growing Companies seal, invitations to exclusive events, opportunities to connect with
other growth-oriented entrepreneurs, and more.
To be eligible for the ranking, companies must be independent, for-profit, under Canadian ownership and headquartered in Canada with significant operations in Canada. Companies must also meet minimum
operating revenues of $2 million in its most recent fiscal year to qualify.
There is no cost for companies to participate and the deadline to enter is May 31, 2020. More information about the program and last year’s winners is available at tgam.ca/topgrowing.
